Magnesium Cream, Roll-On or Spray: Choose Your Format

Dr. Robaina’s magnesium collection has six products: two creams, two roll-ons and two oil sprays. Choose the application format you prefer, then compare the original and lavender formulas. Every product has its own ingredient list and directions.

Three formats, two options in each

Format Current options
Cream, 4 oz Magnesium Cream with arnica and OptiMSM or Lavender Magnesium Cream. A cream format to massage into the skin as directed on the product label.
Roll-on, 3 oz Magnesium Roll-On with arnica and OptiMSM or Lavender Magnesium Roll-On. A roller applicator rather than a jar or spray.
Oil spray, 8 oz Magnesium Oil Spray or Lavender Magnesium Oil Spray. Compare their own formula and spray-application directions.

What do the formulas have in common?

The current product names identify Zechstein magnesium chloride across the range. The creams and roll-ons also highlight arnica and OptiMSM. Their product descriptions identify dimethyl isosorbide, abbreviated DMI, among their formula details. Lavender versions identify lavender essential oil.

The oil sprays have distinct formulas. Do not assume that the sprays contain arnica, OptiMSM or DMI simply because those ingredients appear in the cream or roll-on descriptions. Check the spray’s own current ingredient label.

Original or lavender?

The collection uses original and lavender options to distinguish the product lines. Lavender adds an essential-oil fragrance preference to the format choice. Compare the ingredient lists directly if you are choosing around a particular ingredient or scent. The words “original” and “lavender” do not state a standardized strength or make the products interchangeable.

How should I choose a format?

  • Choose by applicator: compare a cream jar, a roll-on applicator and a spray bottle.
  • Compare the complete formula: ingredient highlights are different from a full label.
  • Check the labeled size: the creams are 4 oz, roll-ons 3 oz and sprays 8 oz in the current range.
  • Read the individual directions: the product label defines the application method. Do not transfer steps or frequency from another formula.

Does an ingredient name establish how much magnesium I absorb?

An ingredient name identifies part of a formula. It does not by itself provide a measured amount absorbed through the skin, establish a dietary serving, or show that every format performs identically. Compare only the specifications actually supplied for the particular product. Our team can help with a current label or formula question.

Compare the purchase option after the formula

Once you have chosen a product, its page shows available pack sizes, current price and any purchase-plan terms. A larger pack contains more units of the selected product; a cream, roll-on and spray remain separate formulas. The current product page is the source for stock and pricing.
